Dr. Oveys Hedayati
Dr. Hedayati is a general dentist with postgraduate education in Restorative Dentistry from the UCLA School of Dentistry. His family moved to the Seattle area from California in 2017.
Prior to his move, Dr. Hedayati was practicing in the UCLA Venice clinic, treating patients with extensive dental care needs. He also contributed to the clinical education of new dentists in the UCLA School of Dentistry.
He earned his DDS Degree from the Tehran Azad University Dental School in Tehran, Iran, in 2010. He was in private practice for 4 years when he decided to continue his education in the United States.
Dr. Hedayati says, “Excellence in dentistry is my goal, and quality of care is my first priority. I feel dentistry combines creative artistry with the fundamentals of science. I love making healthy and beautiful smiles.”

Dr. Siamak Najafi, DDS
Prosthodontist
Dr. Siamak Najafi is a prosthodontist who graduated from New York University. He and his wife moved to Seattle from New York recently. Prior to his move, Dr. Najafi was a clinical assistant professor in the Department of Prosthodontics and the program director of the Advanced Program for Int’l Dentists in Comprehensive Dentistry at NYU College of Dentistry, while providing patient care at the NYU dental faculty practice in Manhattan, NY.
He earned his DDS degree from Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences (SBMU – Ex. National University) in Tehran, Iran, in 2008. He was in private practice for 3 years when he decided to continue his education in the United States.
Reconstructing teeth to restore patients’ esthetic and function has always been his passion as a dentist and prosthodontist. Dr. Najafi’s area of expertise are full-arch and full-mouth rehabilitations, implant surgery, smile makeovers, complete and partial Snap-on dentures, and “Teeth in a Day” concept.
He has been involved in multiple research activities and has co-authored articles in dental journals on various topics in Prosthodontics. Dr. Najafi’s extensive background in both academic and clinical aspects of dentistry allows him to be an evidence-based dental practitioner with the most practical and meticulous approach.
Dr. Niloufar Danesh
DDS, MPH, Board-Certified Periodontist
Dr. Niloufar Danesh is a board-certified periodontist known for her precision, compassion, and advanced clinical skills. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) and later completed a Master of Public Health (MPH) at Texas A&M University, where she researched the connection between gum health and overall health. She went on to complete a residency in Periodontology and Dental Implant Surgery at Indiana University School of Dentistry, graduating at the top of her class.
Dr. Danesh is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology, with multiple publications in peer-reviewed journals and national presentations at conferences like the Academy of Osseointegration.
Her awards include: American Academy of Implant Dentistry Research Grant, and Residents in Regeneration Case Challenge Winner.
She provides expert care in dental implants, treatment of implant complications, gum recession and grafting, bone regeneration, crown lengthening, periodontal disease treatment, LANAP laser therapy, sinus lift and socket preservation, sedation dentistry, and minimally invasive surgeries.
Dr. Danesh also volunteers with Give Kids a Smile, Hospice, and Ronald McDonald House Charities, reflecting her strong commitment to community care.
She combines science, skill, and compassion to deliver outstanding periodontal and implant treatment with lasting results.
Laurie Fisher

Laurie Fisher joined our practice in November 2015. With more than 10 years of experience working in medical billing and patient care coordination, she is an expert in understanding and managing the complexities of health insurance.
She is an avid gardener and keeps our office blooming with Orchids and greenery all year long. She cares for everything and everyone meticulously and looks forward to hearing from you.
Darice
Receptionist
Darice took on the challenge of starting a new career when joining the Kirkland dental excellence team in 2022. She has been able to quickly grasp new concepts in order to help our team provide the best care for all of our patients and remains committed to expanding her knowledge in the dental field.
She is passionate about preventive care, remembering back to a quote that really spoke to her: “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.” In her free time, she enjoys unwinding in a calm environment, walking, and nature.
Agustina Rogers
EFDA
Agustina is our lead dental assistant. She joined the dental field in 2006. She later continued her education and became an EFDA (Expanded Functions Dental Assistant) in 2019.
She says, “ It’s rewarding to help individuals with their oral health and see them gain confidence in their smile.” Agustina has 5 kids. Her eldest kid is at WSU, Go Cougs! When she’s out of the office, she loves exploring Washington and baking with her other 4 kids.
