How Can You Replace a Missing Tooth in Kirkland, WA?
Many people lose a tooth because of injury, decay, or gum disease. If this happens, it is important to act quickly. You can replace a missing
An empty space where a tooth used to be doesn’t just change how your smile looks. Neighboring teeth can shift out of place, your bite can change, and the jawbone underneath begins to wear down without a tooth root there to support it. That’s why at Kirkland Dental Excellence, we offer a single tooth dental implant in Kirkland to replace both the missing tooth and its root, so your bite, jawbone, and smile stay supported for years to come.

Since 2010, Dr. Oveys Hedayati, D.D.S. has helped Kirkland patients replace missing teeth for good. He completed his D.D.S. at Tehran Azad University Dental School (IAU) and went on to study Restorative Dentistry at UCLA School of Dentistry from 2015 to 2017.
He also completed additional training in Implant Dentistry at Tehran University of Medical Sciences, along with an active Washington dental license (DE60734395, NPI 1154849735).
He plans every single tooth implant around your jawbone, bite, and surrounding teeth, so your new tooth functions and looks like the rest of your smile.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a fantastic experience at my dental cleaning today! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff were welcoming, helpful, and made check-in a breeze. The office itself is clean, comfortable, and has a calming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The hygienist and dentist had such great bedside manner—friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. They explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. It’s rare to find a team that combines excellent care with such outstanding customer service. I left feeling well cared for and grateful to have found a dental office that treats patients like family. Highly recommend!Posted on Google![]()

I’ve been going there for several years. It has been a great experience. They are very careful in the work they do—much better than other dentists I have gone to in the past. I strongly recommend them.Posted on Google![]()

Dr. Davis has been my dentist for years, ever since he took over the practice from Dr. Fong, and I think I've interacted with just about everyone in the office, and they are all INCREDIBLE. Seriously, these are some of the kindest, most professional, totally on the ball people you will ever have the pleasure of visiting for a dental appointment. I'm sad to be leaving the state, because it means I will no longer be able to go to Eastview Family Dental, which is a tragedy. They really are the best!Posted on Google![]()

This place is amazing! The whole team is super friendly, the vibes are great, and I especially like the music that’s being played. Dr Dibaji is a total pro - gentle, caring and listens to your concerns. I left with a smile on my face (literally). Highly recommend!Posted on Google![]()

Kirkland Dental Excellence offers amazing care. If you’re looking to switch dentists, come here. The staff is so patient, kind and helpful!
We examine the site and take 3D imaging to check your jawbone and plan the implant's exact position.
Dr. Hedayati places the titanium post under local anesthesia, which acts as the new tooth's root.
Over the next three to six months, the bone fuses to the implant, creating a stable base.
Once healed, we attach the abutment and a custom crown matched to your smile.

At Kirkland Dental Excellence, single tooth implants start at $3,995, including your consultation, 3D scan, computer-guided design, surgical guide, abutment, and crown. Bone grafting or a sinus lift, if needed, is quoted separately.
Most dental insurance plans offer limited or no coverage for the implant itself, though some plans help with related steps like imaging or the crown. Call us at (425) 827-2003 to check your coverage and discuss financing.
Most insurance plans cover a meaningful portion of composite resin fillings, since they’re considered a standard restorative treatment rather than cosmetic. Coverage often falls between 50% and 80%, though this depends on your specific plan and whether you’ve already used part of your annual benefit.
At Kirkland Dental Excellence, we check your coverage with you before treatment. Call us at (425) 827-2003 to confirm your benefits.
